The OrthoSleeve Compression Knee Sleeves are designed to fit snugly while maximizing circulation, balance, stability, and reducing knee pain. These are not your average knee braces - they utilize medical-grade compression and high-quality fabric to provide a secure, supportive fit.
To ensure the correct size, measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you are between sizes, it's recommended to size up. The sizing chart ranges from Small (11-12 inches) to 4X-Large (27-34 inches).
The knee sleeves should fit snugly to provide the desired level of compression and support. If you're between sizes, err on the larger side. Hand wash the sleeve and let it air dry to maintain quality.
Wear the knee brace for up to 8 hours at a time, then take a 2-hour break before continuing use. The ultra-thin profile allows the sleeve to be worn discreetly under clothing.
